We believe in making financial arrangements as convenient as possible in our office. Please call our office to discuss specific financing options if you are in need of one.

Policies: Insurance Filing

Our office is willing to work with most insurance companies. This means that we will assist you in filing your insurance, and will accept payment from your insurance company.

It's important for patients to understand up front the limitations of their own coverage, and take responsibility for their portion of the bill not covered by insurance. For example, our fees are not negotiable, as they've been determined based on our time, materials and overhead costs. Unfortunately, insurance companies vary in their coverage amounts for various dental procedures. It's not uncommon for a company to consider complex (but necessary) procedures to be "over and above the customary treatment". We do not consider our office as usual and customary anyway. As many of our patients say, our office is far and above the "customary" in treatment of our family of patients. In any case, we're well-versed in the latest coverage trends, and are more than happy to discuss the particulars of your plan with you prior to any treatments you may undergo.

Policies: Appointments

Our doctors and staff value your time. In order to provide excellent care to all our patients, we request that all appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. We also respectfully reserve the right to reschedule any patient who is fifteen minutes or more late for their scheduled time. This ensures that you�ll avoid being billed for our time and preparation; it also enables us to work on other patients� emergency visits. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
